• Have Fun with Lacrosse! Develop outstanding lacrosse players and outstanding citizens

• Provide high-quality instruction and player development from experienced players and coaches

• Promote and develop Lacrosse in Washington County

• Run an organized and efficient administration

• Structure costs to encourage and maintain participation

• Ensure safety of players

• Maintain high standards of ethics and conduct of Coaches, Parents & Players

• Build confidence and develop players through Positive Coaching

• Ongoing recruitment of coaches, assistants and other volunteers

• Consistent pursuit of equipment sponsorships and capital to support equipment rental programs

• Administer our organization in accordance with YMCA & US Lacrosse philosophies and standards
